Your enjoyment and safety and our reputation are of paramount importance to us.  Littleborough Castles has Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million to cover our equipment.   If you wish to see a copy of our insurance please ask at the time of booking.

Our Public Liability only covers faults on the inflatable.   The hirer is responsible for all injuries however caused ~ so parental supervision is paramount.   On delivery you will be asked to read carefully and then sign our Terms & Conditions and we will issue you with a set of Health and Safety Instructions.  We will also point out any possible hazards such as washing lines etc.  Once we have left the site, responsibility for the supervision of the bouncy castle and the safety of the users rests with the hirer.   The insurance does not cover you for any cleaning or damage, the hirer will be charged for this so inspection before we leave is compulsory.

Our public liability insurance is through FML Insurance Services Limited and a link is provided at our links page should you wish to take out short term public liability insurance for your event.  In most cases domestic hire is covered by your own house insurance.  Please contact your insurers if you are unsure.
