Booking Details

We require no deposit prior to delivery. Payment will be collected on the day of delivery.

We do however charge a cleaning deposit of £15.00 to ensure that the castle is always kept clean. This deposit is refunded in full when the castle is found to be clean and in good order upon collection.

The cleaning deposit and hire charge will be collected when the castle is delivered. The cleaning deposit can be in the form of cash or a separate cheque.

There is no cancellation fee. However should you decide to - please give us as much notice as possible.

In severe weather conditions such as extreme rain or excessive wind we may be forced to cancel for obvious safety reasons..

The castle is suitable for indoors or outdoors and come as standard with:

Rain covers / sun shades

Sheet of tarpaulin

Safety mats

Electric blower unit

30m extension cable

Electric circuit breaker

Ground fixings (either pegs or sand bags)

Liability insurance

Valid safety certificates
